This includes our ERP products — Classoma (school & college ERP) and Pet Care ERP (veterinary clinic management) — and custom software, web, mobile, cloud and related IT services delivered through Adanas Build. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and service levels for any engagement are governed by the master services agreement, order form, or subscription agreement entered into between Adanas Tech and the customer. In the event of a conflict, those agreements prevail over these Terms.
3. Use of the website

4. Payments
Fees for products and services are set out in the applicable proposal, order form, or subscription agreement. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may attract interest and/or suspension of services.
